ORANGE — November 3, 2026. The City of Orange operates three library locations across different neighborhoods, providing distinct access points for books, technology and community programs.
The three official addresses
Orange’s city contact list gives Main Library at 407 East Chapman Avenue, El Modena Branch at 380 South Hewes Street and Taft Branch at 740 East Taft Avenue.
Find the right location before a trip
Programs, collections, meeting spaces and computer facilities vary by branch. A class listed at one library should not be assumed to occur at the main building, and borrowers may need to place a hold in advance.
How to ask
The official directory lists Main Library at 714-288-2400, El Modena at 714-288-2450 and Taft at 714-288-2430. Check each branch’s hours and holiday exceptions before going.
